A “Virtual Company”
A small forward looking company was at the point in its business cycle where it needed to make a significantly investment in staff in order to be able to satisfy the growing demand for its products and to be able to develop its product range. The owner of the company knew that his company excelled in technical innovation and marketing but acknowledged that they had little experience of the management and logistics that a larger business would demand.
By working with Microtech his company was able to concentrate at what they were good at whilst Microtech seamlessly provided the support needed to grow his company. Microtech looked after his production, product assembly, stocking, repairs, and delivery to his customers. Microtech supported his development activities by providing project management, documentation control, EMC and Safety approvals and fast prototyping.
This proved to be a very successful long term relationship for both companies.
