Press-fit technology has been around for many years and is an alternative to the more traditional soldering method of fitting connectors to PCB’s and is used mainly in the production of Backplane Assemblies and the mating connectors on Daughter Cards.
Utilising bespoke press-fit equipment we can manufacture backplanes from small to large format and from COTS products to fully customised solutions, including sub-rack integration.
To complement our backplane service, we also manufacture the corresponding daughter card including the press-fit mating right angle connectors.

All custom backplane designs are controlled and monitored by you, and the finished Gerber files and IP (Intellectual Property) are owned by you.
